The Privacy Policy describes Harvest MFDs policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Customer information when Customers use the Services offered by Harvest MFDs. This Policy informs you of your rights and how your data is processed.
Harvest MFDs uses your personal data to provide and improve its Services offered to you. By using Harvest MFDs Services, the Customer agrees for Harvest MFDs to collect and use information in accordance to this Privacy Policy.
1) Controller:
Harvest MFDs is the controller and responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as “Harvest”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy).

This Privacy Notice is updated when required. We will inform our Customers of changes made to this Privacy Policy where appropriate via our website homepage, or emails, or SMS, or In-app notifications.

Please note, Harvest does not control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their privacy statements. - Transaction details: payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from Harvest MFDs.

8) Sharing of your personal data:
In consenting to our Privacy Policy you accept that we may share your personal information in the following situations:
- With service providers: to monitor and analyse our Services offered to you.
- With our Affiliates: we may share your personal data with our affiliates. In such a scenario we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy .
